Background and Objectives: The aim of this study was to identifying and ranking of instructional
challenges in the e-learning management system of University of Tabriz from the perspective of
students in corona conditions.
Methods: The method of this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study
consists of all students of Tabriz University in the second semester of the academic year 2020- 2021
that 388 students selected as a sample size with cluster random sampling A researcher-made
questionnaire was used to collect data. face validity of questionnaire was confirmed by professors
and experts in the field of educational sciences. its construct validity was also determined through
confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using
Cronbach's alpha (0.928). One-sample t-test and Friedman test were used to analyze the data.
Findings: From the perspective of students, the dimensions of the dimensions of support, attitude
and access have been identified as educational challenges in the e-learning management system of
University of Tabriz. Also from the aspect of ranking based on the perspective of students, the
Support, access, attitude, interaction, evaluation and feedback, infrastructure, content presentation
method, classroom planning and management, content and personal characteristics are the most
important training challenges in the e-learning management system in corona conditions.
Conclusion: Findings indicate the existence of educational challenges in the e-learning management
system of University of Tabriz, which necessitates the University of Tabriz resolved these barriers and
challenges with actions such as forming technical, educational and human support groups to provide
the necessary assistance to students in emergencies, provide programs to change students 'attitudes
toward e-learning and facilitate students' access to e-learning management systems.
