Abstract: This study aimed to identify and prioritize methods for improving the performance of elementary teachers in delivering Electronic Learning during COVID-19 conditions. This research was descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population included all elementary school teachers in the five districts of Tabriz city during the 2021-2022 academic year. Using the Morgan table and stratified random sampling, 373 individuals were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. Content validity of the tool was confirmed by experts, and the Cronbach's alpha obtained for each component of the questionnaire ranged from 0.78 to 0.88. One-sample t-test and Friedman ranking test were used for data analysis. The ranking results showed that elementary teachers in the five districts of Tabriz city utilized social network learning the most for Improving their performance, Coaching, learning through reading published resources, attending at training courses, mentoring, action research, and participating in team activities were subsequently prioritized.
